When Do You Need To Start E-Invoicing?
The implementation will occur gradually, starting in August 2024 as below:
1 August 2024 : Taxpayer with an annual turnover or revenue of more than RM100 million
1 January 2025 : Taxpayer with an annual turnover or revenue of more that RM25 million and up to RM 100 million
1 July 2025 : All other taxpayers
However, for new or new businesses starting in 2023, the implementation date for electronic invoicing is
1st July 2025
